Holman Premier Realty History

Our history started in Klamath Falls in 1972 and in 1983 we became Coldwell Banker Holman Realty. Over the next 20 years our current name, Coldwell Banker Holman PREMIER Realty, and location at the historic Millenium Building in Klamath Falls, was established. In 2023 we opened a satellite office in Tulelake, CA and are now serving Oregon and California with our incredibly backed brand; from marketing and AI to an international network of trusted Agents world-wide.
Our commitment to community is seen through volunteer hours and support from our Brokerage and its affiliates, to many organizations throughout the communities that we serve. Our ownership shares a strong connection to the area, being multigenerational Southern Oregon/Northern California natives with a love and faith for the community.
