Holman Premier Realty History
In 1972 Hank Holman established Holman Realty, primarily focusing on Klamath Falls land property sales. In 1983 Hank and Pat Holman joined the Coldwell Banker team expanding their sales program to include Klamath Falls homes. Frank Reskin became a partner in 1996 and purchased Coldwell Banker Holman Realty outright in 1998. Pat Holman continued to sell homes in Klamath for a short period transitioning into retirement at the end of the year. The year 2000 brought expansion to the Coldwell Banker Holman Realty family with the acquisition of Premier Real Estate, which explains our lengthy name.
The Real Estate market was on the move with home sales and land sales reaching new highs. This purchase and increased activity in the Klamath Falls market led to the need for more office space. In the spring of 2001, moved to the Millennium Building at 3815 South Sixth Street Suite 110. Coldwell Banker Holman Premier Realty acquired V.I.P. Real Estate and six more agents were brought into the family.
