I chose Stephanie Shrum as my sellers agent because I trusted her experience and professionalism to make it as stress free as possible for me, and she did! She had the foresight to make copies of papers that I needed but had safely packed away. I’m very thankful for that. She organized each viewing and each offer so well, that I could easily see all pros and cons right there in front of me. She did all the work and went over each of the differing offers and math that went along with them. I felt in good hands. She kept me in the loop and up to date. She was always easily accessible.
